Annie and Amir are a fun-loving, radiant couple.  They promised to love each other forever surrounded by their wonderful family and friends on a gorgeous sunny day on the California coast - what more could you ever want?  Their wedding was a fabulous celebration and can you say - DANCE PARTY!??!  I hadn't seen people get down like that in some time.  It was a blast!  I know Annie and Amir will be dancing through life together with plenty of laughter and a whole lotta love!  I wish you both all the happiness in the world...

I was excited to be working with some of my favorite Santa Barbara vendors.  It was so fun bringing a little bit of Santa Barbara flare to the LA scene - I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!  Wedding coordinator Rebecca with Imagine planned everything down to the very last detail.  It was the most organized, relaxed day.  She is amazing!  And HELLO?!?!?!?  Check out these florals.  They are to-die-for!  Nico with Nico Designs is the best!  His work is so fresh, colorful, unique and just plain fun to photograph.  And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the instigator of the most fabulous dance party - EVER - Ian with Red Shoe LA.

I've been documenting this family for almost 4 years and I seriously love them more and more each time!  Audrey is just the sweetest thing and I can't believe that she is already 1!  It seems like yesterday that I was photographing her in her mamas belly.  Now she's walking and trying to keep up with her older brother, Daniel. I am so grateful to have been able to document her first  year - so much growth, so many changes, so much love...!

I've had this blog for over 2 years now and I've met some really nice people that have somehow or another stumbled upon my ramblings and decided to stay.  It makes me so happy to get to meet them in person - especially if they have a little miracle that they want to share with me.  

Baby Fiona surprised her parents with her arrival 2 months early.  Well, she is finally home and I was so honored to photograph her newborn session very close to her actual due date.  The moment I laid eyes on her - I was smitten.  Piper and Mark were there at the beginning of the shoot and Piper looked so big compared to little Fiona.  Granted she is about 5 months older...but I kept thinking to myself, "Piper was never that small..."  Well, it turns out she was (of course)...crazy how the things you think you will never forget, somehow find a way to get warped in your mind.  Awwww...if only they could stay this little forever...

Keren and John are the most loving parents.  I know little Fiona is going to grow up one happy and very loved little girl.  It's amazing how much love these little bundles bring into your life...they truly change everything - for the better.

This was such a fun wedding - it was full of so many personal touches - and they did ALL of it themselves.  My favorite were the homemade apple crates with the antique logos.  They were such a unique touch and really so beautiful - I wanted to take one home with me!  I really love capturing events like this - people put so much of themselves into it, that the love, passion and joy is so easy to capture.  I loved the throw-back wedding attire too - soo fun!

Barb and Mike were nothing but smiles and I KNOW I was smiling ear to ear behind my camera as well.  It's always a pleasure capturing a love story - and this one was no different.  Except for it was - they all different and wonderful in their own way and I love being there to see it all unfold!  I think they are going to be VERY happy together for the rest of their lives...and the pictures are here to prove it.

It wasn't just any regular Tuesday morning at the Courthouse...it was the day that Michelle and David would say, I do!  I can't remember the last time I've only photographed a wedding for 2 hours - but with their abundance of love and happiness, I was able to capture more than enough photos...you would think I was there all day.  It was truly a pleasure photographing their love...!  I wish you two all the best in your travels and your new home over seas.
